Advice for body confidence

You know what? Every BODY has it´s weaknesses and strengths. EVERY SINGLE PERSON has parts of their body they are not that proud of, as for example in my case it is my butt and my big thighs, but you know what? I don´t care anymore. Cause I won´t be happier after crying over my big a**.
And you know what? You´re stuck in this body FOREVER, for the rest of your life. You won´t get any other body! You don´t get to be anybody else. This is nothing but the truth and therefore you got to love yourself. You have no other choice to do so! Anything else would be irrational.
I´ll tell you something, a view years ago I really could have used an older sister. She could´ve told me that it does NOT matter if my legs are short, my thighs are big, my butt is hanging down, my upper arms are a bit thicker and that my upper lips are thin as I always whined.
I learned that I can´t change it. This is me and I´m in this! So, my advice is accepting it as good as you can. Remember that you are with your body forever till the day you die, and you cannot change that. The only thing you can do is appreciating your body for what he does for you. It is a f**king wonder, and no single person (not even you) should have the allowance to call it ugly! Of course, it is okay to have bad days, nobody feels like a queen all the time! And in this case, you just gotta pretend, fake it!
What´s always helping me is, to go out for a walk or a run, doing some sports or any activity where you can process you´re emotions.
Then you watch in the mirror again an remember who the f**k you are! AND THEN YOU LOVE YOURSELF AGAIN!!! Own that sh*t! I know you can do that cause I did. And if I can - so can you!
